- Direct from Origin — Every box of ANGUO ships directly from our Fangshan, Pingtung orchard, minimizing transit stops and preserving the fruit's vibrant color.
- Delivery Timeframe — Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch (remote areas may vary).
- Upon Receipt — Mangoes are fresh agricultural products. Please unbox and inspect immediately upon arrival.
If there is any transit damage, please photograph and contact customer service within 24 hours — we will take full responsibility.

- Upon Receipt: Please Record the Full Unboxing on Video
When your parcel arrives, please begin recording before opening — from the sealed state through to the full unboxing.
The recording must clearly include: courier label information, outer box condition, unboxing process, and the condition of the mangoes.
Without unboxing video proof, we regret that we are unable to process return or exchange requests.
- Report Issues on the Day of Arrival
Mangoes are fresh produce. If any collision, temperature loss, or significant damage occurred during delivery, please report within the same day of arrival (within 24 hours).
How to Report
Send your unboxing video and photos of the damage to our Official LINE Customer Service.
We will respond within 1 business day with an assessment of the damage and a compensation or replacement solution.
- Cases Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after arrival.
- Personal preference (e.g. not sweet enough, disliked texture, minor natural spots on skin that are not quality defects).
- Delayed delivery or over-ripening caused by incorrect recipient information or missed delivery.
- Damage due to improper storage, consumption, human handling, or tampering after opening.
